Nominal or passing Catholics pray by rote memory in an auto somnambulistic way. Their minds wander in the middle of it. Saying amen and ending with the reflexive sign of the cross relieve them of the rigors of the seemingly perfunctory ritual.

Connecting to the Almighty God the Father, the Abba Krishna, the God of all faiths and many names, the God of both Muslims and Christians, is a psychic work-out. The focus and the concentration from deep meditation benefit and reinforce the ability of the human mind to ascend to higher wavelengths which are normally beyond the ken of the natural and physical sensory faculties. To breach supernatural dimensions and engage in a worshipful dialogue with the Almighty Abba Krishna Father God, constant practice and repetitive exercise are needed to sharpen and strengthen our capacity for mind bending projection of thought to sail as fervent prayer.

Such drills inevitably transform to love of fellow men per God’s exhortation to us to take that first concrete step to Godliness with the end in view of finally reuniting with Him as the God-like beings He created for his pleasure and to fill His Divine purpose for us to travel outside the restrictive confines of our planet and thereafter multiply to inhabit the vast universe.

The memorized prayers we learned in school are all good. The Our Father is the most sacred having come from our Lord Jesus Christ Himself. What we should adapt is more a direct, specific, conversational, and spontaneous format that can tap the full measure of our concentration and devotion to lift our petitions to a transcendental level. Using strange sounds and tongues from the physical canals to send messages in the paranormal channels is like a crude attempt to merge the body with the soul with as much futile foolhardiness as mixing oil and water.

Let your prayers be carried on the wings of love as offerings to the Lord’s Table. Love is the essential intangible force that will make men rise over selfishness to Godliness. God created man in His own image to someday transform from his creature habits and assume the selfless nature of becoming like God, the most Holy Abba Krishna, the God of many names and traditions, the God of Hindus and Jews alike. The unraveling of scientific breakthroughs to nurture the flowering of man’s intelligence and talents is tied to the rate of his ability to shed violence that comes from self aggrandizement. The complete surrender of individual pursuit will be the key to advance to the modern technological millennium with the Almighty God the Father, the Abba Krishna, at the center of it all. The abandonment of personal ambitions to give way to one world integration will be heralded with the Abba Krishna unifying all religions and beliefs.

And through it all we shall love. We shall love the sacredness of life as a gift from the Holy Father, the Abba Krishna. We shall love to be above wars and want. We shall love to be our brothers’ keepers and altogether in unity brave the challenges that prevent us from embracing our beginnings in the pantheon of God to blaze our destiny and His divine plan for us to triumph over physical limitations foremost of which are death, aging, and limited mobility to traverse the borderless frontiers of space.

And that is how Congressman AG prayed as he trudged back to the cottage with heavy heart and wobbly step. He had to change to dry clothes to attend the party in his honor which now beckoned with a crisis to surmount instead of conviviality.

“Please help me convince ex-Senator Cosette Teng at the party to part with the copies of my compromising photos at the beach with Diane and Mitch. Please bless her with the goodness of heart to remove forever the records from memory and never to use them as leverage against me.”
“I love You O Most Holy Almighty God the Father in heaven, the Abba Krishna, Hare Krishna, Hare Rama, Abba Krishna”

And since AG was bothered by the reproach forthcoming from Ana, his wife, upon her return to Boracay because of the unexplained incident at the beach captured on the camera cell phone held by Diana in scorn or jealousy to expose AG’s indiscretion with Mitch, AG prayed fervently for the help of the Abba Krishna like thus:

“Hare Krishna, Hare Rama, Abba Krishna, I love You”
“O Most Holy Almighty God the Father in heaven, the Abba Krishna, I love You”
“Please help me apologize and be reconciled with my wife Ana. Please bless her heart with forgiveness and understanding for my misbehavior. Please preserve us in our marriage and make it a lasting union with You at the center of it all. I love You”
“Hare Krishna, Hare Rama, Abba Krishna”
“O Most Holy Almighty God the Father in heaven, the Abba Krishna, I love You”
“Hare Krishna, Hare Rama, Abba Krishna”

AG made the Christian sign of the cross as his spirits lifted and positive vibrations enveloped him. He felt a lightness overtake him and give him confidence to pursue his interest with wisdom and charm. He entered the cottage and peeked into Natalia’s room to see both Natalia and Diane fast asleep on their twin beds. Diane must have been fagged out by the torrid events of the day and cuddled up in a cocoon while lost in deep slumber. AG tiptoed out after a fresh change of wardrobe and let the Abba Krishna guide him to meet his prospects at the party.

A few steps up the cobbled walk, the flighty Mitch suddenly broke away from AG’s tender grasp to run down to the beach which was hooded in shades of twilight. AG stayed rooted to the spot but followed Mitch’s progress gawking with mild surprise plus niggling amusement. The flicking tongues of the torch flames on his face from the lamps on the sidewalk piqued him to a sporting mood to trail her footprints on the slipping mounds in slow measured hops. He felt the queasy invasion of the tiny grains inside his shoe.

AG was taken aback by the craziness in the way Mitch wallowed to the deep up to her waistline in full fashion regalia after hurriedly kicking off her designer sandals at the edge. AG looked around warily and eased back thankfully for the shroud of darkness that covered the environs with a semblance of privacy. Other families had retreated to the comfort of their rooms while the swingers converged on the pulsating strobe lighted bars for some action. The scarce couples who remained engrossed with each other in the cloistered corners paid scant attention to anything else.

AG could make out Mitch’s svelte outline in the surging surf. He called out to her over the sloshing currents to remind her about the party where Paul, Mitch’s billionaire older brother and AG’s lately resurgent best friend from school heydays, waited expectantly for them to join his table of honor. Mitch laughed louder and splashed with wild revelry all the more in circling turns. She dared AG with a sultry giggle to jump in and fetch her. AG strained hard to keep his composure and explained that he was supposed to be the guest of honor and can’t very well demean his stature as a member of the legislature by showing up dripping wet.

AG’s uptight and stodgy demeanor provoked Mitch to greater derring-do. She stripped to her bra and flung her top to the waves. She began a mesmerizing dance in the shadows like the silhouette of a half naked mermaid all the while tempting AG to come hither with comely sways of the hands and the fetching crook of a wicked finger. To bring AG flopping through the undulating surface with a splitting wake, she threatened to take off everything and throw all to the wind if he didn’t sidle up to her quickly enough.

AG scooped her floating blouse as he hobbled towards her on his bare feet after discarding his leather topsiders on the way in. Mitch gleefully met his advance and draped her wet glory on him by saddling up frontally with a crunching hug. AG sagged with her full weight straddling him while her arms and legs hooked around his body to hang on grippingly. AG was aroused by the feel of her curvy form and clutched at her bottoms to keep her mounted securely. She gave a low moan and a nervous laugh as their bodies plastered rabidly to unleash a boiling cauldron of emotions. AG groaned with ecstasy as they gobbled up each other’s mouths hungrily, their wet suckling sounding off in rhythm with the gentle lapping of the China Sea.
